Are you disabled and qualified for Medicare after 24 months of SSDI and you are still in the healthcare plan? Does your employer have more than 100 people with health insurance? Do you have a spouse that has health care coverage and you are covered? Did Medicare pay for your treatment? If so call us.

Are you a health care provider with patients that meet any of these criteria and you were paid for the treatment by Medicare? If so call us.
